You’ll find us at C-106 in the Focal Point Extension area of Jalandhar. We’ve had Post Box 509 for a long time, but most people just come straight to the gates for business. The extension is a bit quieter than the main industrial hub, which we like. We focus on valves here. It’s a lot of machining and testing to make sure everything holds up under pressure. The winters in Punjab get really cold, so we usually start the day with a lot of hot tea while we wait for the machines to warm up. In the summer, it’s the opposite and we’re all trying to find a breeze. The workshop is where most of the action happens. We have a solid crew who have been doing this for a long time. They don't need much instruction anymore. We keep the paperwork in the front office, which is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and order forms everywhere. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. We just answer the phone and tell people what we can do and when it will be ready. Sometimes shipments get delayed because of logistics issues at the border or with the transporters, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to track things down. It’s just the usual work of a manufacturing unit. We take pride in just being consistent and showing up every day to do the job properly without any fuss.
