We are up on the first floor of the Nirmal Complex on GT Road. It’s right in the middle of Jalandhar City, which is handy for anyone passing through. You have to walk up the stairs, and then you’ll find our office. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the noise of the main road downstairs. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this desk for quite a while. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. We don't have any flashy advertisements or big TV screens in the lobby. Usually, there are just some maps and a few stacks of folders lying around. People come to us when they need to go somewhere and don't want to deal with the online mess themselves. We listen to where you need to go and see what we can find. It’s a practical way of working. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage. We aren't trying to sell you anything you don't need. If a trip doesn't make sense, we will probably tell you. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this building for years. We keep the office open during regular hours and someone is almost always there to answer questions. It’s just a normal office run by normal people who understand what it takes to get from A to B.
