Tiwari Hospital

Tiwari Hospital is situated right by the Rail Coach Factory, which is a big landmark around here. If you know where Guru Harkrishan Public School is, then you basically know where we are because we’re very close to that too. It’s a busy part of the area with all the factory workers and students moving around all day. I spend most of my time in the wards or checking on the paperwork in the small office. The hospital isn’t one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the big cities. It’s a practical place for local people who live near the factory. We get a lot of families coming in because of the school nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the shifts change at the factory and the streets get packed, but we manage. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for a while. We deal with all sorts of things, from minor injuries to people feeling under the weather. It’s a lot of responsibility running a place like this, but someone has to do it. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in the world. We just want to make sure the people in this neighborhood have somewhere to go when they aren't feeling right. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a lightbulb, but that’s just how it is.
