The Furnishing Store

We are located on Nakodar Road in Jalandhar, right by Nari Niketan. The Furnishing Store is pretty much what it sounds like. We have been here for a while, surrounded by rolls of fabric and stacks of different materials. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we keep getting new stuff in and trying to find a place for it all. We don't have a team of salesmen in fancy uniforms. It’s just us here, usually with measuring tapes around our necks or pens tucked behind our ears. People come in looking for things for their homes, and we just show them what we have available. We don't go in for high-pressure sales or trying to talk people into things they don't need. Jalandhar is a busy city and Nakodar Road gets a lot of traffic, so we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some days we are busy cutting fabric all day, and other days we’re just chatting with regulars who stopped by to see what’s new. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. We just want to provide honest goods at a fair price to our neighbors. If you come by, you’ll likely find us moving things around or trying to organize the latest delivery. It’s not always pretty, but we get things done.
