Sumra Automobiles

Sumra Automobiles has been based in Shastri Market at Building No.9 and 10 for quite a few years now. It’s a pretty busy area, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We mainly spend our time dealing with vehicle parts and whatever mechanical issues people bring to us. It isn’t a high-end showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with a lot of shelves and grease. Most mornings start with a quick cleanup before the first customer walks in. We have a fair amount of stuff crammed into these two buildings, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room. Shastri Market is a good place to be because everyone knows everyone else around here. If we don’t have a part, someone nearby usually does. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or fancy talk. We just fix what needs fixing and sell what people need for their cars. Some days the heat in the workshop is a bit much, but we get through it. It's a simple setup, really. Just a few of us working hard to keep things moving. You might find us having a tea break out front when it's quiet. We like the regular rhythm of the market. It feels like home after all this time. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can't. It's a living, and it keeps us busy enough most weeks.
