Sukhmwoer Singh Architect

Our office is over at 218-A in Karol Bagh, specifically on Ladewali Road. We are quite close to the Dips School, so you might hear the kids playing during recess if you come by at the right time. Sukhmwoer Singh Architect is a small practice. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It is just a few of us who like to draw and figure out how buildings stay up. The walls are covered in old blueprints and half-finished ideas. It's a bit cramped because of all the books and rulers lying around. We spend a lot of time on site too, so sometimes the office is empty for a few hours. We don't use any fancy talk when we describe a project. We just tell you where the windows go and why the roof needs to be a certain way. Building something is a lot of stress, so we try to keep things calm here. Karol Bagh is a busy part of the city, and our little spot on Ladewali Road is where we feel at home. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know the local rules pretty well. If you need a plan drawn up, we are usually around.
