We are located out in Wuyan, which is in the Pampore area of Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir. It’s a beautiful place, though the winters get very cold. Our office is a simple building in the tehsil. We have a phone line at 09779674710 if anyone needs to reach us, but most people just walk in. There isn't a lot of fuss here. We are just local people trying to provide a service under the name Student. It’s a small team. We mostly deal with students and families from the surrounding villages. The roads can be tricky sometimes, especially when it snows, so we have a bit of a flexible schedule. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up and do the work. The office has a heater and some old wooden chairs. It’s cozy enough. Pampore is famous for saffron, and life here revolves around the seasons. We fit our work into that rhythm. We aren't looking to expand or become a huge company. We just want to stay rooted here in Pulwama. It’s an honest living. No one here cares about corporate talk. They just want to know if you can help them out. We do our best and that seems to be enough for most. It is just a plain way of living and working in this part of the world. We don't need much else besides a good cup of tea and some clear skies to keep us going every single day.
