You can find us at Shop Number 6 in Param Market, which is in the Civil Lines area of Jalandhar. We are right opposite the State Bank of India, so it is pretty easy to spot us while you are out doing your daily errands. Civil Line is a busy part of the city, but Param Market has its own way of doing things. Our shop is a very straightforward place. We have a desk, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for whoever happens to drop by that day. The building is not the newest one on the block, but it has a lot of character. We have spent many years here watching the traffic move along the street outside our window. Many of our customers are people who have been coming to see us for a long time. They just walk in, sit down, and tell us where they are planning to go next. We do not do anything fancy or use big digital screens to get attention. There are no flashy advertisements in our window. We just use our pens and computers to get everything sorted out. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just part of living here. We know the other shop owners around here very well. It is a small community in this part of Jalandhar, and we have been a part of it for ages.
