Leader Battery

Leader Battery is located at No. 90 in Chandan Nagar. We are right on Sodal Road, and most people find us by looking for Sarin Hospital since we are very near there. The shop is filled with batteries of all sizes, which makes the place feel a bit heavy and industrial. There is always that faint smell of lead and plastic that you get in a battery shop. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because moving these things around leaves marks on the floor and dust tends to settle on the shelves. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the paperwork, but most of the time we are on our feet moving stock or checking charges. The traffic on Sodal Road is pretty constant, especially with the hospital so close, so there’s always a hum of cars and ambulances in the background. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll likely see us in the middle of testing something or organizing the new arrivals. It’s hard work lifting these batteries all day, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here in Chandan Nagar for a good bit now and everyone around knows where No. 90 is. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked and helping anyone who wanders in with a dead battery. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of shop for the local community here.
