Singh Jodh Architect

Jodh Singh has his architectural practice set up over in Link Colony. We are right on Guru Nank Pura Road, not far from the B.S.F. Chowk. The office is at 1/10 and it’s usually packed with rolls of drawings and local building codes. It’s a small operation. We spend most mornings checking on projects and the afternoons are spent at the drawing board. Being near the chowk means it’s easy for people to drop by and ask questions about their renovations or new builds. We don't use a lot of fancy software if a pencil and paper can do the trick faster. It’s about getting the proportions right and making sure the kitchen is in a good spot. We deal with the municipal paperwork too, which can be a bit of a headache, but it has to be done. The walls are covered in sketches of houses we’ve worked on over the years. It’s a bit dusty in here sometimes, especially when the windows are open and the traffic is moving outside. We aren't a big corporate firm. It’s just a few of us trying to help people build things that last. We take our time with each project because rushing leads to mistakes. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our sign. It’s a regular office for regular building work.
