Shri Prakash Nath Tiwari Ayurvedic Clinic is right in the middle of Bhairon Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know it’s a very loud and crowded place. The clinic is just a small room where we see people. There are no big signs or bright lights. Just the name on the door. Inside, it’s quite simple. We have a wooden table and a few chairs for the patients. The smell of the market comes inside—mostly spices and street food. Bhairon Bazar is always full of people buying things, so there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside. It can be hard to hear sometimes. We have many small boxes and jars of Ayurvedic medicines on the shelves behind the desk. Most of the people who come here are from the local shops or the families living nearby. It’s a very old-fashioned way of doing things. We don't have any computers or fancy gadgets. Just a notebook to write things down. The lighting is a bit dim because the building is old. But people have been coming to this spot for a long time. It’s a small clinic but it has its place in the bazar. We stay open as long as the market is busy. We try to clean the floors every morning before the first person walks through the door.
