Shree Siddhivinayak Industries

Our workshop, Shree Siddhivinayak Industries, is at A - 67 in the Industrial Estate, right across from where the old Central Bank used to be. It is a well-known spot for the people who have been working in this area for a long time. We focus on industrial manufacturing, which usually involves a lot of cutting, bending, and welding of metal parts. The building itself has been around for a while and shows its age, but the machines inside are what matter. We have a small crew of workers who show up every day to get the jobs done. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy lobby; you just walk in and you are pretty much in the middle of the workspace. It can be noisy and the smell of grease is always there, but that is the reality of a small-scale industry. We take on orders from local clients who need specific parts made to a certain size. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a machine breaks down during the day, which happens more than we’d like. We don't talk much about visions or missions; we just focus on making sure the parts we send out aren't going to break. It is a straightforward business where your reputation is built on the actual stuff you make with your hands every day.
