Shivam Microcare Foundation

Shivam Microcare Foundation is based out of H-18 in Shital Nagar, Jalandhar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very grounded. We aren't in a big commercial tower. We are just in a regular house that we've turned into our workspace. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paperwork. Jalandhar is a big city, but Shital Nagar has its own local feel. We know the neighbors and they know what we do here. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or social media posts. Our work mostly comes from people telling other people about us. It’s a slow and steady way to do things. We start our day early with some tea and a look at what needs to be done. There’s no big boss giving orders; we just all know our jobs and get to it. Sometimes the internet is slow, or it gets too hot to think, but we manage. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every day at H-18 and do our best to handle the tasks in front of us. It’s a very human way to run a foundation, with all the usual small-town quirks and habits. We just keep plugging away at it, one day after another, without making a big deal of it.
