Sharad Aggarwal

I set up here on Patel Road a long time ago. It’s number 1/4, right in the heart of Jalandhar City. It’s just me, Sharad Aggarwal, and a couple of others helping out with the daily tasks. The office is small, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people who come in are regulars or folks from the neighborhood who heard about us from someone else. Working on Patel Road means it stays busy outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It's a simple setup. A few chairs, some desks, and plenty of paperwork. I try to stay on top of things, though sometimes the pile on my desk gets a bit high. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a local place. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk about whatever needs doing. It’s a very straightforward way of working. I've lived and worked in Jalandhar for most of my life, so I know the area well. This spot suits me just fine. We handle the files, talk to the people who drop by, and keep the doors open through the week. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the community here. There is always work to be done and we just keep at it.
