Shagan Shubh Architect

Shagan Shubh Architect is based out of 89, Golden Avenue, Phase-I. It is a residential-feeling area, which suits us just fine because we do a lot of work on homes around here. The office is not anything special, just a place with a few drafting tables and a couple of computers. We are not the type to wear suits or give big speeches. Usually, we are just in jeans and shirts, trying to figure out how to fit a kitchen into a tight corner or where a staircase should go. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Some days are spent entirely on the phone with contractors, and other days we are just drawing for hours. It is a small operation, so we know everything that is going on with every project. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon; we just explain things in plain English so everyone understands the plan. Sometimes we run into problems with the site or the budget, but we just sit down and try to find a way through it. It is a lot of practical thinking. We like living and working in Phase-I because it is easy to get around. If you drop by, you might find us buried under a pile of blueprints. We do not have a receptionist, so you just have to knock and wait a second. It is just a regular local business doing its thing day by day for the neighbors.
