Seehra Machine Tools

We are over at 35/36 in the Industrial Area of Dada Colony Sodal. If you see the big water tank, you’re pretty much there. Seehra Machine Tools has been operating from this spot for years. We make tools and parts for other businesses around here. It’s a lot of precision work, but the shop itself looks like any other workshop in Sodal. We have stacks of metal and old machines that we still use because they work better than some of the newer ones we've tried. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, people just know us because we’ve been in the colony for such a long time. We have a small team and we all know each other’s families pretty well. It’s more like a local community than a big company with levels and bosses. The water tank is a good landmark for giving directions to delivery drivers who get lost. We spend our days measuring and cutting and grinding metal. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with all the machinery running at once. We usually have a big fan going but it doesn't do much when the sun is out. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or reports. We just focus on getting the tools right. If a customer is happy, they come back later, and that’s good enough for us. It’s a quiet life in the industrial area.
