Sc Jain Construction Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Jalandhar, right near the bypass. Our office is at house number 74 in Guru Amar Dass Colony. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main road. Being near the Jalandhar bypass is handy because we have to move equipment and materials around quite a bit. Construction is a tough job and Punjab has its own set of challenges with the weather and logistics. We’ve got a small team that handles the planning and the actual building work. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of workers; we prefer keeping things manageable. Most of our time is spent on site, but this house in the colony is where we do all the planning and billing. It’s a practical space with a few desks and some old cabinets for files. We’ve built up a reputation around here just by being around for a long time. People know us as the local guys who do construction. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The office isn't much to look at, but it’s where all the important decisions happen. If you're passing by the bypass and turn into Guru Amar Dass Colony, you'll likely see our sign or some of our trucks parked nearby. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the jobs we started.
