Sandhu Hospital

If you head down Saloh Road, you’ll see Sandhu Hospital. We’ve been at this Saloh Road location for quite a while now. It’s a plain building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a typical hospital with the usual smell of antiseptic and the sound of people talking in the hallways. We have rooms for patients and a place for the nurses to sit near the entrance. Saloh Road is a main path, so we get a lot of people who are just passing through or live in the nearby villages. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people know us because they’ve been here before or their family has. We keep the lights on 24 hours a day. It can get pretty quiet in the middle of the night, but during the day, it’s always a bit of a rush with everyone coming and going. The staff works hard, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We drink our tea in the back room when there’s a spare moment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to get people feeling better so they can go home. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us here on Saloh Road. We’re just a local hospital doing the best we can with what we have for the community.
