We have been at 899 in Urban Estate Phase-1 for a while now. It's tucked right behind the Punjab and Sindh Bank. If you know that part of Jalandhar, it is usually pretty easy to find your way to us. My name is Sandeep, and the people working here are just a small group of locals. Most of the folks who stop by are from the neighborhood or do their banking next door. It’s a busy spot but we really like the vibe of this area. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much near Phase-1, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is heading home, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and get the day's paperwork finished. The office isn't anything fancy or modern. It is just some old desks, a few filing cabinets, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets the job done for us. We've seen a lot of changes in Jalandhar over the years. Urban Estate has grown quite a lot since we first set up shop here. You just look for the bank sign and walk around to the back. We usually have a kettle going for tea if anyone needs a break. It’s a very small operation, really. Just me and a couple of others trying to stay organized and keep things moving. We don't do any big advertising. People mostly just hear about us from their friends. We try to keep things simple for whoever walks in.
