Salwan Travel Pvt Ltd is located in the lower ground floor of Prime Tower-28 in Jalandhar City. We are quite close to the President Hotel, which is a well-known spot in this part of town. Being in the lower ground floor is actually a bit of a relief during the summer months because it stays a little cooler than the shops at street level. It’s a quiet enough space, though you can still hear the rumble of the city above us. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks set up with the usual equipment, and there’s usually a stack of tickets or passports nearby that need looking at. We aren't really into anything flashy. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Jalandhar is a busy city, and there’s always someone needing a flight or a train booking. We just sit here and do that work. Near the President Hotel, the traffic can get a bit blocked up in the evenings, so we usually see people stuck in their cars when we leave for the day. Our space in Prime Tower is functional. We have enough room for a few people to sit and talk to us about their travel plans. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep our daily routine as organized as we can despite the occasional chaos of the travel industry. There is always someone checking a schedule or answering the phone.
