Rainbow Trade Links

Rainbow Trade Links operates out of 195/15 in Fatehpura. It is a lively area, and our building is usually surrounded by a lot of activity. We deal in trade links, which basically means we spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking our inventory in the back. The warehouse part of our shop is always full. Sometimes we have so much coming in that we have to move things around just to make a path to the desk. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where every item is located. We don’t use any fancy management software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. Our customers are mostly local businesses and people from around Fatehpura who have been coming to us for years. We aren't interested in being some giant company. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. The tea shop next door is where we spend most of our breaks, chatting with other owners. It is a tight-knit community here. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the orders right and be helpful when someone has a question about a product. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and loading trucks, but it keeps us in shape and the business stays steady.
