If you're near the bus stand in Jalandhar, you can find us at Shop Number 2, right by Gate Number 3. It’s a very busy spot with buses coming and going at all hours. We set up Rai Tour & Travel here because it’s where all the action is. Being so close to the station means we get all sorts of travelers dropping in. Some are in a hurry and others have time to kill while they wait for their ride. Our shop is small and simple. We don't have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time, but we have a couple of chairs and a lot of knowledge about how to get around. We help people book their trips and figure out their tickets without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We are just regular people who have been working in this area for a long time. We know the bus schedules by heart and can usually tell you which route is better for your situation. We don't do any big marketing stuff. Most people find us just by walking past on their way to the gate. It's a noisy, dusty part of town, but we like being right in the middle of it.
