Puneet Oberoi & Co is situated in the Puda Complex over on Ladowali Road. To be more specific, we are up on the third floor of the Swami Satyanand Hospital Building. It’s a very busy building with people coming and going at all hours. Being right next to the main branch of Axis Bank really helps people find us without getting lost. Ladowali Road is a major artery in Jalandhar City, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We have Sco-32 as our designated unit. Walking up to the third floor every morning is just how we start our day. The office itself is usually full of paper stacks and the sound of us typing away. We’ve been part of this Jalandhar 144001 neighborhood for a long time now. We like being near the bank and the hospital because it makes the location very easy to describe over the phone. Most people in the city know exactly where the Puda Complex is. Our team is small, just a few of us working together in these rooms. We aren't interested in being some big corporate entity with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our jobs well and head home to our families. The building has a lot of history and we are just one small part of its daily life. Sometimes the elevators are a bit cranky, but we have learned to be patient with the small stuff. It’s just how it is.
