We’ve been here at Mai Hira Gate for a good while now, right opposite Sitla Mandir. It's a busy spot, but we like it. We mostly handle printing and getting books out to people who need them. It started small. There's always a lot of paper around and the machines can be a bit loud when things get busy. Most people around here know the spot since the temple is right there. We don't really do anything fancy here, just focus on the work that comes in each morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time with the narrow street, but we manage. My dad used to run things differently back in the day, but now we just try to keep up with the orders. It’s a lot of manual work, checking pages and making sure the ink looks right. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The neighborhood has changed over the years, more shops popping up, but we’re still in the same building. If you’re walking past Mai Hira Gate, you’ll see our sign hanging out front. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workspace and the stacks of books. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is with printing. We just keep our heads down and do the job because that's what we know how to do. I guess it's not much to look at from the outside, but it works for us and our workers.
