Pioneer Builders

Pioneer Builders is over at Building No 85 on Old Phagwara Road. If you are near Jalandhar Cantt, you’ve probably driven past us many times. We are close to Bhim Ji Palace in the Deep Nagar area. The pincode here is 144005. Our office is in an old building, but it has a lot of character and plenty of room for all our stuff. Deep Nagar is a nice, steady neighborhood. We see the same faces every day, which is something we like about being here. We aren't the type of company that has a polished sales team. It's usually just a couple of us in the office, wearing boots and ready to head out to a construction site. The phone rings quite a bit, and there’s always a stack of blueprints on the table. We’ve been on Old Phagwara Road for a while now, and it’s a good central spot for getting to different parts of Jalandhar. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty in here with all the samples and materials, but that's part of the building trade. We don't have any fancy brochures; we just show people what we've done in the past. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’re just regular folks working hard and keeping our heads down. We usually eat lunch at our desks while looking over the schedule for the next day.
