Our office is inside the Shinmastika Complex in Jalandhar City. If you know the Central Market area, we are tucked away right behind Hotel Residency. It is actually a pretty good location because we are close to the action of the market but slightly set back. We have been doing this for a while, helping people figure out their holiday plans. It is not a very big office, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk. We don't use any of those fancy marketing phrases or try to act like we are some huge international firm. We are just a local team that knows the travel business. Most days are spent on the phone or checking things on the computer. The market outside is usually buzzing with people, especially during the festival seasons. We like being part of the Central Market community. Sometimes people just drop in to ask a quick question while they are out shopping. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the bookings right and make sure everything is in order. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, but it works for us. We have built up a steady routine here over the years and we just keep at it day by day.
