Padmawati Mfg. Co. is tucked away in Basti Sheikh Ghas Mandi, specifically in the Jaina Nagar area. It’s a busy spot with a lot of local trade going on every single day. We do manufacturing here, which means our day is mostly filled with the sound of machines and the smell of raw materials. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a functional space where we can set up our equipment and get to work. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. Some of us have been here since the beginning. It gets very hot in the summer, and the mandi can be quite loud with all the people and vehicles passing through. We don’t spend much time on fancy offices or decorations. The focus is always on the floor and making sure the machines are running properly without breaking down. If something breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves. It’s the kind of place where your hands get dirty and the work is steady. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the way we do things hasn't changed much. We just show up early, get the production going, and stay until the job is done for the day. It’s practical, no-nonsense work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us in Jaina Nagar, doing what we know how to do.
