Pacific Merchant

Pacific Merchant is located out at D 74 Focal Point Extension in Jalandhar. Being in the Focal Point area means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial and trade businesses. It can get pretty dusty and noisy with all the trucks moving around, but that’s just part of being here. Our office is a basic space where we handle all our merchant activities. We have been here long enough that we don't really notice the noise anymore. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure goods are moving the way they should. We have a few people on the team who handle the different parts of the business. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on status updates. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. Just the stuff we need to get through the day. Jalandhar is a good place for this kind of work. We’ve got a rhythm down now. Sometimes things go wrong with a delivery, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That’s just the nature of the business. We keep our heads down and stay busy. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is always a nice break. We are just a local business trying to do things right from our spot in the Focal Point Extension. It is not always easy but it is what we know how to do best.
