We are over at 75-A Model Town Road. Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar is usually quite busy during the day. Most days, we are busy with patients dealing with back pain or nerve issues. It's not a fancy office, but it gets the job done for the people who come in. The chairs in the lobby are a bit old and have been there for years. We see people from all over Garden Colony and the surrounding streets. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for some years now. It's just a regular physiotherapy setup. If you've got a stiff neck or your legs aren't moving right after a surgery, we try to help out with exercises. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here. The equipment isn't the newest model you'd see in a big city hospital, but it works fine for what we need. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the back to fill the silence. Patients talk about their families while they do their stretches on the mats. It’s a bit of a routine for everyone. We open up in the morning and stay until the last person finishes their session. It's just a local place where neighbors come when they can't move as well as they used to. We spend a lot of time showing people how to sit properly or lift things without hurting themselves again.
