Oceans Across

Oceans Across is located on the second floor of Karan Chamber, in rooms 406 and 407. We are right near Hotel Residency in Jalandhar City. It is a decent area with plenty of stuff going on nearby. We have been based in these offices for a while. It’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. Since we are on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we are trying to get things done. We deal with a lot of different requests throughout the day. People come to us when they are looking to go somewhere or need help with travel arrangements. We have a couple of rooms there to keep everything separated and organized. It is not a very large operation, just a few people working together. We spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just one of those things you get used to. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We just provide a service to the people in Jalandhar who need it. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time. Most of our customers are locals or people staying at the hotels nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a steady job and we appreciate the people who come by to see us.
