You’ll find us right near Milap Chowk. Narinder Arora and the rest of us have been working from this spot for a long time now. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with tall shelves full of books and old project files. We like it that way. It’s a comfortable place to work. We do architectural consulting and general design for a variety of buildings. Most of our clients come to us because they know we’ve been around forever and we know what we’re doing. We don’t use a lot of fancy software for everything; sometimes a hand-drawn sketch is still the best way to explain an idea. Milap Chowk is a bustling area, so there’s a lot of energy outside, but inside we try to keep things focused. We handle everything from the initial plans to the final checks on-site. It involves a lot of technical work that isn't always very exciting, but it’s important. We don't have a big marketing department or any of those polished mission statements. We just try to be reliable and get the drawings done correctly. It’s a small team here, and we all know our roles. We spend our days answering phones, drawing, and meeting with people who need advice on their construction projects. It’s a steady, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time.
