Narayan Motors

Narayan Motors is located right near the Khanna Petrol Pump, just a short walk from the main Bus Stand. It’s a very busy spot because of all the traffic coming in and out of the station. We get a lot of noise from the buses and the people waiting around for their rides. Our shop is mostly open-air, so we are right in the middle of all that commotion. It’s a basic setup for fixing motors and taking care of general repairs. We have a few old chairs out front where customers can sit while they wait, but they usually end up standing and watching us work. The floor is stained with oil and grease from years of servicing engines. We don't have a computer system to tell us what’s wrong; we just use our ears and our hands. There isn't a front desk or a receptionist. You just walk up and talk to whoever isn't under a vehicle at that moment. We keep the spare parts in the back on some wooden shelves that have seen better days. The light isn't great inside, so we do most of the heavy work out near the entrance where the sun reaches. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't have any big advertisements or fancy signs. People just know where we are because we’ve been here by the petrol pump for as long as anyone can remember. It keeps us busy enough.
