Our office is located in Sunrise Apartment, specifically unit 37/101, which is over in Green Modal Town here in Jalandhar. Even though the name says N Delhi, we spend most of our time right here handling various contracting and development jobs. It’s a quiet enough area for work, and the apartment setup works for keeping our paperwork in order. We usually have people coming in and out, mostly sub-contractors or folks checking on project timelines. Things can get a bit hectic when we have a few sites going at once, so the phone rings quite a bit. We aren't really the type to have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we get the planning done before heading out to the actual sites. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. Sometimes materials are late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this for a while and know the local area well. Most of our days involve looking at site plans or talking to the guys on the ground. Jalandhar has grown a lot, and there’s always something being built or fixed. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. We’re just a regular group of people trying to keep things moving forward in the building trade.
