Mitra Eye Hospital & Lasik Laser Centre

Our place, Mitra Eye Hospital & Lasik Laser Centre, is located over in New Patel Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit crowded, especially around the Patel Nagar side. We’ve been working out of this building for some time now. Dealing with eyes is what we do all day long. It’s a mix of older folks coming in for their checkups and younger people asking about laser stuff so they can stop wearing glasses. The machines we use are tucked into different rooms, and it can feel a bit cramped when it’s a full house. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their relatives or neighbors. The front desk can be a bit loud when everyone is trying to register at once, but we get through it. We’ve got some posters on the wall about how the eye works, but they’ve been there for years. The tea stall nearby is where most of us get our breaks. It’s just a regular local eye center. Nothing too fancy, just the basic stuff you need for eye care. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to sit in the waiting room for hours, though some days are just slower than others. It’s a practical setup for a busy neighborhood like ours and we just do our best with what we have. People seem to appreciate that we aren't all flash and no substance.
