Mex Switch Gears Private Limited is located out at the 9 K.M. Milestone on Pathankot Road in Jalandhar. We have our own spot called Mex Estate. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we’ve been for years. Our post box is No. 52. Being on the Pathankot Road means there are always trucks and buses roaring past the gate. Punjab gets very cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, so the rhythm of our work changes with the seasons. The estate itself is fairly large and we have plenty of space to move things around. It’s a very different vibe than being in the middle of a crowded bazaar. We have a lot of open space and the air feels a bit different out here. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and serves our needs. Most of us have been coming to this same 144001 address for a long time. There isn't any fancy corporate stuff here. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. It’s a solid, predictable place to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the daily grind on Pathankot Road and try to keep things organized within the estate. It's just a regular group of people working hard every single day.
