We are located on the 1st Floor of the Alfa Estate Building, which is right on Gt Road in Jalandhar City. You have to walk up to room 206 to find us. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic on Gt Road, which never seems to stop no matter what time it is. It’s a busy building with other offices around, so there is always someone walking in the hallway. We handle various travel services, mostly helping people plan out their trips and getting the right tickets for them. The office is functional and simple. We have a couple of computers and some desks where we sit and work through the day. It’s not a luxury setup, but it gets the job done for everyone. People usually come in after hearing about us from a friend or seeing our sign from the road while they were driving by. Gt Road is the main artery of the city, so we get people from all over Jalandhar stopping by our building. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking prices online for different routes. It can get a bit repetitive, but we like the work. There isn’t any corporate vibe here; it’s just a small team trying to stay organized. We keep the files stacked up and the tea ready for whenever a customer stays a bit longer to discuss their travel plans.
