Our clinic is located at Milap Chowk in Jalandhar. It’s a central part of the city, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise around us. We focus on skin issues and allergies. The place is pretty simple inside. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a couple of rooms for consultations. People come in with all sorts of rashes, itching, or skin problems that they want looked at. In a city like Jalandhar, the dust and weather can really mess with your skin, so we stay fairly busy most days. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things get done. It’s not a fancy aesthetic center where they sell expensive creams; it’s more of a medical clinic for real skin problems. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We’ve seen many families over the years, sometimes the parents and then their kids. We don't spend our time on marketing or trying to look polished. We just open the doors in the morning and see who shows up. Some days are packed and other days are a bit slower. That’s the way it goes when you’re running a local clinic at Milap Chowk. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just do our best to figure out what’s causing the allergy and go from there. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community.
