Kastek India

Kastek India is located at D-118 in the Focal Point Extension. It’s a standard industrial plot. We’ve been here since the area started filling up with more businesses. The space is mostly filled with equipment and raw materials. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where we get things done. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment comes in. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The office area is just a small room where we keep the computer and the files. It's a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decor because it wouldn't make sense for what we do. Our team is small but we've worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits. We don't really have a boss who hovers over us. Everyone knows their job. We just try to stay consistent. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops and small factories. There's a tea stall around the corner where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple setup. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our work well and keep the lights on. It’s a decent living. We stay busy and let the results speak for themselves at the end of the day.
