If you head down Kapurthala Road and look for the big water tank, you will find us at No. 12 in the Leather Complex. Raghu Exports India Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all the industrial action. It is a dusty area and there are trucks moving around all day. Our building is pretty standard for this part of town. We have the warehouse part and then a small space where we do the office work. It gets loud when the neighbors are loading their stuff. We spend most of our time looking at leather samples and talking to the workers. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We aren't really into fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It is a working building through and through. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the export side of things. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around waiting for a page to load. Those are the times we go out for a walk near the gate. We have a regular routine that doesn't change much from Monday to Saturday. We know the other business owners nearby and we help each other out if someone needs a spare pallet or something. It is a decent place to work if you don't mind a bit of grease and noise. That’s just life at the complex.
