Kai Marketing Solutions Private Limited

Our little office for Kai Marketing Solutions Private Limited is up on the second floor of 38-A1. It’s right on Allen Street, just off Court Road. If you’ve ever walked down that way, you know how busy it gets with all the people heading to the courts or the shops. We can hear the traffic and the horns from up here, but it’s not too bad once you get used to it. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every morning coming in. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just fine. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone. Sometimes we go downstairs to grab a quick snack or a tea from the vendors on Court Road. It’s a practical location because everything we need is basically within walking distance. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area with magazines. It’s just rooms where we do our stuff. Most of the time, the desks are a bit messy with papers and cables, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for a while now and the landlord is decent enough. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen, not just a showy place for meetings. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we manage.
