Jheeta Manpreet Singh Architect

I’ve been working out of 256, Dilbagh Nagar for a while now. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when you’re trying to focus on drawings. Jheeta Manpreet Singh Architect is just me and a small setup here. People usually stop by when they have a project in mind, maybe a house or a small shop renovation. I don't have a big office with fancy lights or a glass front. It’s mostly just desks, rolls of paper, and my computer. Dilbagh Nagar feels like home, and being based here makes it easy for locals to find me without a lot of trouble. I spend most of my days looking at floor plans and making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the sketches piled up on the floor, but that’s how I work. It’s not about being flashy. I just like getting the details down on paper. If you walk past number 256, you’ll see my sign. I’ve lived around here long enough to know how the buildings are put together in this neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business. There aren't any big teams or complicated layers, just me doing the drafting and planning. Some days are slow, while others are packed with site visits to see how things are going. I try to keep things simple. If someone needs a plan drawn up, they come in, we talk, and I get to it. That’s pretty much the daily routine.
