The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper. It’s a practical building designed to help people get back on their feet. We have some basic X-ray equipment and a few rooms for patients who need to stay over. The hallways are usually pretty busy with people leaning on crutches or walking slowly after surgery. It’s hard work, and the days are long for the staff here. We don't have a team of marketing people writing fancy brochures for us. Most people come here because a neighbor told them we helped their uncle with a hip problem. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, but it's a hospital, so there's always a bit of stress in the air.
