Our office for Jalandhar Land Farms Private Limited is at House No. 1 in Swaran Market. We are inside the Harji Complex, which is right across from the Sports College on Kanpur Road. Being in Jalandhar, we are in a part of Punjab where land is always a topic of conversation. Our name pretty much tells you what we do. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land and farm properties. It’s not the kind of work you can do just sitting behind a desk, so we are often out on the road visiting different plots. When we are in the office, it’s usually to handle the piles of paperwork that come with land deals. Swaran Market is a busy spot, especially with the college right there. There is always a lot of activity on Kanpur Road. We’ve been here in the 144002 area for quite some time now. We don't have a big corporate setup or any polished marketing materials. Our office is just a place where we keep our maps and records. We talk to farmers, investors, and regular people looking for a bit of ground. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we know about the land and let them decide. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like being part of the local community here in Jalandhar and just plan to keep doing what we do every day.
