You can find us on Street Number 9, right by the Kent Ice Cream shop in Jalandhar City. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the ice cream is. Our travel office is a modest spot where we handle all kinds of trip planning and transport. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The street is usually lively, and we get a lot of people stopping by after they’ve had a treat nearby. We do not have a big staff or a fancy website that does everything. We mostly rely on the phone and our local knowledge to get things done. We book cars, help with train tickets, and organize local tours. It’s a lot of manual work, checking schedules and making sure drivers are ready. We do not use any marketing slogans. We just tell you what is available and what it costs. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait to get back online, but that’s just life here. We treat everyone who walks in like a neighbor because most of them are. We keep our records in ledgers and on the computer, making sure nothing gets missed. It's a simple operation, but it works for us and the people who use our services. If you need to get somewhere, just come to Street 9. We are usually here from early morning until the shops close up for the night. Our door is almost always open.
