Impact Infosys

We are Impact Infosys, located up on the second floor of Building 924. If you know the Gt Road area near the bus stand, you’ve probably walked right past us. We sit right above Jalebi Junction. The smell of sweets comes up through the windows sometimes, which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how hungry you are. Being at SCO-1 is convenient because of the bus stand being so close. People find us easily when they get off their commute. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so take your time. Inside, it’s just computers and a few desks. We deal with info systems and tech support. It gets busy during the morning rush. We started this because there weren't many reliable places nearby to get computer help without going across town. It’s mostly just us working through tickets and fixing software issues. The lighting in the office isn't the best, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we are doing. We keep a regular schedule, though sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up. It’s a simple setup. No glass walls or fancy reception desks here. Just honest work on Gt Road. If the bus is late, clients usually just wait in the shop below. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It’s a tight community in this building and we like it here.
