H.R. International is based out of Jalandhar, specifically at 13 Sat Nagar on Sodal Road. If you are around this part of town, you know it’s a place where a lot of small businesses are trying to make their mark. We’ve been here at this address for a good while. Most of our work revolves around international trade and help with export and import stuff. Jalandhar is known for its industry, so we stay pretty busy helping local manufacturers get their products to other countries. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we handle the documents and talk to agents. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic on Sodal Road picks up, but we don't mind much. We've got a small staff that knows the ropes of the business. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated processes; we just follow the rules and make sure the cargo is ready for pickup. Sometimes things get delayed at the border or there’s a mix-up with the billing, and we just sit down and sort it out. It’s a practical job that requires some patience. We like being part of the community here in Sat Nagar. It’s just a regular office doing regular work, making sure things get sent off right. Even when it is raining hard outside, we are usually inside trying to fix the latest shipping error.
