We are situated at number 99 in Bank Colony, which is part of Manimajra in Chandigarh. It’s a nice, settled area where we’ve been for quite some time now. Our office for Hindustan Sanitoryware Industries Ltd. isn't in a big commercial tower. Instead, it’s a regular building on a street full of local residents and small businesses. We like the atmosphere here because it feels more like home than a cold office. The setup itself is pretty simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all the accounts and the logistics. There aren't any fancy lights or designer furniture in our space. We just use what we need to get the job done. The neighborhood is usually quite active, and we know many of the people who live nearby. We don't try to sound like a big corporation when we talk to anyone. We’re just regular staff members doing our daily chores. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble finding the right gate, but we usually step out to wave them in. It’s a very direct and honest way to work. We don't have any grand mission statements on the walls. Every morning we show up and work until the evening. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that fits the Chandigarh lifestyle perfectly. We often have a chat with the neighbors while we are heading out for coffee. It makes the day feel a bit lighter.
