Our shop is right on G. T. Road in Suranussi. You can't miss us because we are right opposite the petrol pump. It's a convenient spot, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes during rush hour. Hindustan Hydraulicls Pvt.Ltd has been operating here for many years. The building is older, and you can see the wear on the steps and the door frame. We do a lot of work with hydraulics. It’s greasy work, so our clothes usually have stains on them no matter how much we wash them. We don't worry about looking perfect. We worry about the machines working right. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when things get stressful. Most of our customers are locals or truckers passing through who need something fixed quickly. We have a lot of heavy parts lying around on the floor. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit down for a minute. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. We just have our tools and our hands. If the machines are humming, we’re happy. The winters here can be quite cold, so we wrap up and keep working. The summers are the opposite and very humid. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if we have the Pvt Ltd in our name. We just focus on the task at hand and get things done.
