We are located on the second floor at 779 in the Mota Singh Nagar Market. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get there. Jalandhar City is always humming with activity, and the market here is no different. We spend our time helping folks figure out their trips and tours. Even though the name sounds a bit fast, our daily life is actually quite steady and slow. We sit at our desks, surrounded by papers and chargers for our phones. Jalandhar - 144001 is a crowded place, but up here on the second floor, it is a little bit quieter than the street level. We look out the window sometimes at the shoppers below. We don't have any flashy signs inside, just some basic furniture and our computers. People find us mostly through word of mouth or by seeing our board in the market. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to hotels or checking on transport. It’s the kind of work where you have to pay attention to the small details. Sometimes the tea we order from downstairs gets cold before we can drink it. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy with bookings. We are just regular people working in a market office, trying to keep everything organized for the people who come to see us and ask for advice.
