We are over at 260 New Jawahar Nagar, right near the Chunmun store in Model Town. If you live around Jalandhar, you probably know the area gets a bit crowded during the day, but it’s a good spot for us. Gurbani Interiors & Design Consultants started out just because we liked figuring out how to make rooms look decent. It wasn’t some big plan. We mostly spend our time sitting around a cluttered table with a lot of fabric samples and half-finished sketches. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess, especially when we are in the middle of a big project for a local house. We do a lot of interior work and consulting, which basically means we listen to people talk about their cramped kitchens or boring bedrooms and then we try to come up with a way to fix it. It isn’t always easy. Sometimes we go back and forth on a design for days. We aren't really the type to use a lot of fancy words or try to sell you on the latest trends that will be out of style in a year. We just like stuff that lasts and makes sense for a normal home. Jalandhar has its own style, and we try to stick to what works for the people living here. If you’re passing by Model Town and want to talk about a project, you can just drop in. We might be busy with a tape measure or a drawing, but we’ll stop for a bit.
